The symbol of this campaign is a special heart-shaped bracelet, available in all Padthai restaurants from mid-May.
It’s a small object with a big purpose: by purchasing the bracelet, you’re helping the Amigos volunteers bring more love, laughter, and care into the everyday lives of children in hospital.
The relationship between Padthai and Amigos goes back four years, built on shared goals and values. Throughout this time, we’ve supported each other on many occasions – from year-end celebrations and joint events to initiatives that helped raise awareness of why supporting hospitalized children is so important.
This partnership is now reaching a new level: Padthai has joined the Amigos Hospital Adoption Program, launched in 2023 to provide even more regular sessions for children in hospital, made possible through the support of corporate partners.
In spring 2025, Padthai is supporting the Amigos sessions held at the Gottsegen National Cardiovascular Center – an institution that is close to our hearts, quite literally.
The children being treated here face each day with incredible bravery and resilience. Meanwhile, the Amigos volunteers bring learning, play, and moments of joy into the hospital wards. We wanted to reflect this spirit in a tangible way – which is why the symbol of our campaign is a heart-shaped bracelet, representing love, care, and human connection.
The campaign launches in mid-May 2025 and runs through September. Our goal is to see as many bracelets find their way to supporters as possible – because every bracelet purchased helps support the mission of Amigos.
The bracelet is available for 2,490 HUF, and by buying one, you’re helping Amigos volunteers bring more love and meaningful experiences into the lives of children undergoing hospital care.
Starting mid-May, the bracelets will be available in all Padthai wokbar restaurants, right at the counter. They’ll also soon be available online via Wolt and Foodora – so you can support the cause even when ordering your favorite Padthai from home.
Special displays and information materials will be featured in each restaurant to raise awareness of the campaign – so no one misses the opportunity to join.
